BREAST (METASTATIC)

• 3066A1-303-WW, "A Phase 3 Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind Study of Oral CCI-779 Administered in Combination with Letrozole vs. Letrozole Alone as First Line Hormonal Therapy in Postmenopausal Women with Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer." (This study will be open by June 20, please start looking at your patients)

• Stage IIIB or IV Metastatic breast cancer.
• At least 1 measurable lesion (must be other then bone)
• Can have chem/radiation in adjuvant setting and can have 1 chemo regimen in metastatic setting - No hormonal therapy in Metastatic setting.
• We are contracted to put 5 patients on this study - we can put more.
